Drama Scenes (3rd-8th grade; cost- $6.00)
In this class we will be performing scenes from some well known stories. We will be focusing on characterization as well as continue our work on stage presence, projection and facing the audience (cheating out) all in a “get messy and make mistakes”, God-honoring environment. Drama is a great way to work the necessary skill of being/speaking in front of people whether it be in front of a class or at the grocery story.
Prior drama experience or participation in the fall drama class is required. For exceptions or questions, don’t hesitate to contact me! The students will be required to memorize their lines and need to be able to read independently. Most work will be done in class even memorizing, although some outside time will most likely be needed.
